Barrier Breakers profiles five exemplary women in South Florida who are breaking barriers to pursue their dreams. Leading the way in their respective fields, they show the spirit of women - with their resilience, determination and pursuit of a more just world. They stand on the shoulders of the women of the past who fought hard to give all women the right to vote. The project was done for the office of Miami-Dade Commissioner Daniella Cava Levine in honor of the centennial of women's rights to vote.
